It’s a new day

Everyday is a new beginning, everyday we get a chance for new opportunities. How are you making use of your new day?

We are now in month four of 2019, how are those New Year’s resolution going ? I personally don’t believe in New Year resolutions, because I always feel the need to evaluate myself and change things all year long. If you made a new year’s resolution, you should be well on the way with your progress. However, if you are not, it’s really not too late to start on that promise.

It’s a new day, we have the opportunity to start something new on any given day. It doesn’t have to be Monday, it doesn’t have to be the beginning of the year or the beginning of the month, hell, it doesn’t have to be time specific. You can start something new right this minute. The way I see it, we should look at each day as the beginning of a new chapter and consider yourself the author. You can write anything , it can be a fresh start, as well as a continuation, you choose.

With everyday that comes, there is the possibility of a fresh start. You can choose to right a wrong or follow your passion. Don’t think about the misfortunes of yesterday ( trust me, I know they exists) think about all that can be accomplished in this present moment. Don’t let your mistakes and failures of the previous day hold you back. Think of it as your past( there’s nothing you can do about it) but, you can use today to write a new story about your present and your future.

Everyday is a new day, so there is always an opportunity for a fresh start. There is always the possibility to be great, to accomplish your dream, to do anything you want. So you made a mistake yesterday, so what, we all do. Let’s get it right today.

    # Though my family and close friends say it would be far more entertaining with a video-camera* in the “real world”, rather than in cyberspace!)
    * By the way, do they still make them in today’s ever-faster changing world..or is it all done with mobile phones?
